Florida Tech Women's Soccer

Women's soccer team gathers together before their big matchup.

Florida Tech’s women soccer defeated Palm Beach Atlantic 2-0 in this past Wednesday’s matchup at home.

The Panthers now hold six wins, two losses, and five ties (6-2-5), along with their third win against ranked teams in this year's campaign.

Junior Mayara Queiroz Reis scored Florida Tech’s first point with her fourth goal of the year. Two minutes later, Alyssa Bartle added onto the Panther’s lead, making it a 2-0 game. Her shot marked her first goal of the season.

Goalie Paige Lewkutz got her first career start and did not disappoint. The freshman totaled five saves, and her first shutout.

Florida Tech goes on the road to play Tampa University this Saturday in hopes to add another victory in a conference contest.
